SERABI LOCAL TREAT

Kue searbi is actualy similar to pancake but differ on the material to make, pancake made from wheat flour, while serabi are made using rice flour, serabi lombok hypicaly character rized by small size and spread sheredded coconut then given sugar that had been withdrawn.

Serabi is comonly encountered in the morning and very delicious eaten while still warm. beside serabi spinkeled with great coconut, theris also serabi, marinated with coconut and brown sugar, is also called lak - lak.

Kue serabi is still easly found in lombok, with low price ranging from IRD. 2000, we are able to taste that cake.
